Project Description
This is a social housing complex which consists of 216 units over three floors. the complex comprises two and three bedroom units based on a courtyard typology layout. The courtyard is intrinsic to African architecture which is famous for its inclusivity of community through the use of the courtyard and its spatial qualities for communal activities and interaction, thus creating an intimate communal space within the larger scheme.
