Project Description
The brief of this project consisted of a 50 000m2 plot that needed to be split into two parts, a full title and a sectional title portion. Each section had individual designs, 40 different designs on the full title section and eight variations on the sectional title division.
The challenging aspect of this project lied in its technical resolution, being cost effective and delivering a modern yet graceful project on time by using only bricks and lintols and avoiding the more expensive construction methods such as beams and slabs.
